How to Delete Your Account

To delete your THE O7C Hub account, follow these steps from inside the app:

    Log in to the THE O7C Hub app

  2. 2

    Go to the Player Portal

  3. 3

    Open the Profile tab

  4. 4

    Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account"

  5. 5

    Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • ✓Your login and app account access will be removed.
  • ✓Your personal profile information (name, contact details, social media handles) will be deleted or anonymized.
  • ✓Your saved profile details and app account access will be removed from active systems.

Data Retained for Compliance

Some records may be retained where required for legal, financial, safety, payment, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. This may include transaction history and event registration records.
